Warehouse Certifier - 3rd Shift
Overview This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.

3rd Shift: M-F 7:30 pm - 4 am
Responsibilities - Floor Lead when supervisor is not around. Lead loading team of 5-15 employees. - Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery - Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices, safety and quality. - Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders - Track each load accurately - Accurately count all pallets - Maintain pace of pallet configuration - Ensure that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets - Identify priorities and coordinate resources - Assess and enhance the skill set of pickers - Recommend process improvements - Coordinate picker and loader team - Ensure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps - Embrace and promote a culture of "stack, wrap, strap" - Count floor and truck inventories - Inspect and receive incoming loads according to warehouse standards - Maintain a safe and orderly storage arrangement for all loads - Maintain cleanliness in assigned area (e.g. yard and warehouse) - Maintain records of daily checklists - Demonstrate communication, customer service and conflict resolution with peers - Ensure adherence to audit standards - Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
Compensation and Benefits: - The expected compensation range for this position is between $33,300 - $53,150. - Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. - Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. - In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - Experience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekends - This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
