City of Saginaw Site Supervisor in Saginaw, Michigan
*This is a part-time position that acts as a facility representative at Andersen Enrichment Center. The incumbent will be working events with an emphasis on tenant satisfaction and enforcement of Andersen Enrichment Center Rules, Regulations, and Use Permits. *
Work may be required on weekdays, weeknights and weekends as the Andersen Enrichment center schedule of events requires.
Major Duties:
Plan the venue layout according to the number of guests and type of event.
Sets up tables and chairs as required for the events scheduled in the space contracted.
Oversees events held in the Andersen Enrichment's Center and Rose Garden and enforces all rules and regulations.
Thoroughly cleans all areas of the facility and garden and removes debris between events in order to maintain the proper appearance.
Cleans, salts and leaf blows sidewalks and mows garden, as necessary.
Assists with garden and general office duties as directed.

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Must have reliable personal transportation

Must be willing to work outside as needed
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
