Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Assistant Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and providing excellent service to our guests.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including tools, floors, and prep areas.
- Assist with the preparation of meal ingredients, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
- Serve guests as needed and ensure meal preparation for future meals.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the cooler, pantry, and fridge.
- Track inventory of food items and assist with ordering as needed.
- Wash and dry towels and aprons.
- Support the Cook with various kitchen duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills with strong planning abilities.
Ability to read and comprehend directions and follow instructions.
Capability to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to and experience with working individuals from diverse backgrounds.
High level of customer service and professional behavior.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Previous experience in food service and preparation is desired.
