Role Overview
\* Assist with the supervision of branch office agents, Registered Representatives and managers
\* Review RR incoming correspondence and funds received logs
\* Review RR outgoing correspondence
\* Conduct agent/RR and manager training with regard to Company, state and FINRA rules and procedures
\* Assist in identifying and resolving red-flag items generated locally or through the Home Office
\* Ensure that customer complaints are logged and submitted timely to the proper department for resolution
\* Assist in conducting annual Supervisory Interviews/Inspections for agents/RRs and timely resolve any regulatory deficiencies identified
\* Assist with the resolution of agent/RR client conflicts
\* Assist with seminar supervision to ensure that agents/RRs follow proper rules and procedures
\* Ensure that agents/RRs and managers complete annual regulatory requirements, including Firm Element training, AML training and other Company computer-based training requirements

Qualifications
\* Bachelor's Degree
\* Minimum 2 years of industry experience
\* Series 7 and 24 licenses REQUIRED
\* Series 51 or 53 license required (or obtain within 12 months)
\* Series 65 or 66 license required (or obtain within 12 months)
\* Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
\* Strong analytical skills
\* Willing to travel locally and nationally (up to 20% of the time)
\* Must be a self-starter, results-oriented, team player, and be able to prioritize responsibilities
