Rincon Consultants, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-oriented Senior Corporate Recruiter who will join our growing People and Culture team and will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting. This role collaborates across all markets, service lines, and levels of staff. Our goal is to deliver a high-touch approach to attract and retain client-centric team members who deliver excellence and exceptional performance to our amazing, diverse client base.
We seek someone with recruiting success in the consulting and/or Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries. This role offers the flexibility to work from any of our 13 office locations and the opportunity for a hybrid/remote work setup within California.
Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Perform full-cycle recruiting, including all aspects of the talent acquisition process: application and resume review, phone screens, virtual interviews, candidate tracking, and communication with candidates and hiring managers
Source candidates and drive selection methods for all levels of positions
Collaborates with hiring managers and service line key leaders to understand their staffing needs and proactively provide guidance on best recruitment practices and strategies
Partners with internal stakeholders at all levels to create and promote programs to cultivate and develop a diverse talent pathway and support the strategic goals of the organization
Develops compelling and effective recruiting campaigns to for hard-to-fill positions
Executes sourcing strategies that result in a pipeline of qualified candidates
Participates in internship program by collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure positive experience for interns and manager
Coordinates and attends career fairs throughout California
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of in-house/direct hire recruiting, experience with AEC industry preferred
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, university relations, and employment branding
Highly organized, strong attention to detail and effective follow through
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Successful track record of leading the sourcing and placement for senior level and leadership positions focused within the consulting environmental industry
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Prior experience utilizing an ATS system (i.e. JazzHR)
Well versed in Boolean search strategies and other recruitment research tools
Demonstrated history of creating/improving/leading recruitment processes that improve department efficiency and the candidate experience

The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$90,000, plus benefits and bonus. At Rincon, our salary ranges are based on market median of similar jobs, according to third party salary benchmark surveys. The base pay that is actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
