With a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving impactful change, we seek a dedicated Senior Communications Professional to join our team to spearhead our communication strategies, enhance our brand presence, and effectively engage with various (including C-suite) partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication initiatives across multiple channels.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Oversee aspects of internal and external communications, including corporate messaging, executive communications, media relations, and public relations.

  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including internal executive communications, press releases, and website content

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, including executives, media, customers, and industry officials.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Diligent with a keen eye for ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication.

  • Strong media relations experience, with a deep understanding of cultivating relationships with reporters and securing press coverage.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to craft impactful communications.

  • Ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Experience with B2B and B2G communications, particularly with technical storylines.

  • Supporting narratives and campaigns for tradeshows and events – expected travel 15%.

  • Strategic problem solver with a creative mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • More than seven years of experience working in an agency or corporate communications setting.

This career can be based in one of our current US office locations - New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, Washington DC, Lexington, NC, or Sacramento, CA. The base salary range for this position in Pittsburgh, PA, or Lexington, NC, is $95,900 - $129,500. The base salary range for Sacramento, CA, or Washington, DC, is $105,600 - $142,400. The base salary range for New York, NC is $115,000 - $155,400, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
