Responsible for assisting IT leadership and IT Project Managers with the organization, e-filing, and updating of Ideas and Projects benefitting our internal business partners. Provides analytical and specialized project management support to ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of the IT Plan of Record. Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles, and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. Creates pivot tables and other dashboards within the Plan of Record tool. Coordinates activities between departments and external vendors. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.

The Senior Associate IT Project Manager provides project management analyst support services to IT Project Management leadership within IT Services and is responsible for preparation of transactional and standard/coordinated reports and presentations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • IT Plan of Record system administrator and quality control

  • Assists the IT business relationship managers by attending business partner meetings, taking and publishing meeting notes, and updating the IT Plan of Record

  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as directed by IT leaders

  • Project Reporting and trend analysis

  • Project onboarding and working with the business liaisons to ensure activity updates

  • Scoping support for the collection of basic information to create a project record

  • Tracks Operational Manager projects for conformance to reporting requirements

  • Creates business, executive, and sometime customer facing project communications.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer

  • This role is expected to be remote with an occasional need to be on-site in a shared space.

  • Work conditions & other requirements.

  • Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license.

  • Occasional travel may be required

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $ 85,000 - $ 126,000.

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
