Description

We are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations for a manufacturing company in the Greater Sacramento area. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees using ADP in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.

• Maintain and update employee payroll records, deductions, and benefits.

• Manage payroll taxes, filings, and reconciliations.

• Oversee wage garnishments, benefits deductions, and 401(k) contributions.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters.

• Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

• Generate payroll reports and assist in audits as needed.

• Implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

  Requirements

• Must have experience in using ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with 401k administration

• Demonstrable knowledge in handling Accounting Functions is a prerequisite.

• An ability to perform Auditing tasks is crucial.

• Experience in managing Benefit Functions
