Insight Global Operations Manager in Sacramento, California

Job Description

One of Insight Global's clients is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. Responsibilities include managing the location's operations while implementing appropriate company policies and procedures; hiring, training and developing the team; managing the overall performance of the operation; providing leadership; dealing with customer service and operational issues; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving location goals; managing a budget; establishing immediate and long-range goals and objectives; training team members on company safety policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations and emphasizing a culture of safety.

Pay rate: 98,000- 126,000

Skills and Requirements

  • 7+ years of Retail Store Director experience (preferably at Target or large companies like Kohls)

     - Minimum 7 years of management experience, including P&L management, and KPI management

  • Bachelors degree null
