Responsibilities

• Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Analyze and summarize legal documents Requirements - Government compliance experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of Municipal Laws

• Federal Government experience

• Command of County government

• Adeptness in Government Procurement

• Government contracts experience highly desired

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Licensed attorney

• Be detailed, flexible, and organized

• First-rate academic credentials and references

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
