Your day at NTT DATA

Reporting to the GDC Sr. Director of Campaigns, the Global Campaigns Operations and Analytics Manager position will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of business reporting processes, strategic campaign initiatives, infrastructure, and technology required to deliver on marketing plans and goals. This position will work across marketing and extended NTT organizations to support strategic business needs while enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our end-to-end Global Data Center (GDC) lead generation engine. Manages and guides associated department members and direct reports on activity execution and practices.

What you'll be doing

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the plan, management, and implementation of full integration of our marketing technology platform and its roadmap - audit and evaluate our marketing technology stack, including automation capabilities, platform standardization, lead processing, and measurement and reporting - ensure we are making the most of our Marketing investments.

  • Interpret and apply strategy and associated plans/roadmap to actionable outcomes for associated team in the areas of reporting, martech stack implementation, campaign analytics and optimization

  • Manage, collaborate and guide team to reach defined fiscal goals and KPIs

  • Manage the collaboration across GDC Marketing, Sales, and Product teams as well as NTT DATA to ensure that we are taking advantage of all data available to help drive efficiency at every level of the funnel.

  • Partner with NTT DATA to drive execution of necessary business requirements within core platforms such as website, SFDC, Eloqua, Power BI and more.

  • Managing the development of dashboards and campaign hierarchies for key health metrics (e.g., acquisition, engagement, conversion) campaign attribution results and key stakeholder reporting on a regular cadence; develop GDC-specific dashboard platform.

  • Provide strategic leadership on analysis and recommendations on digital growth and drive implementation of optimization initiatives.

  • Manage maintain privacy and data compliance throughout all Marketing operations.

Demand Generation Specifics

  • Manage Always On data center location PPC strategy with vendor, looking to enhance performance, reallocate budget, and balance corresponding organic SEO performance alongside available DC location capacity.

  • Manage GDC Eloqua website form fields, submissions and subsequent “Thank You” follow up email campaigns; develop GDC chat bot / Terminus strategy.

  • Define and implement the GDC campaign and lead processes with NTT DATA regarding corporate platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce) that automate data transfer and ensure that leads have appropriate source and campaign attribution while removing channel conflict over DC-specific inquiries.

  • Drive Lead Forensics and other digital platforms integrations for high intent lead development Ex. Survey + LF data.

Reporting and Analytics

  • GDC Digital health and campaigns dashboards – Monthly and Ad Hoc reporting and roll ups.

  • Share Best Practices within Marketing for dedicated campaign launches and advise on appropriate audience targeting and segmentation, digital strategies, landing page and form optimization.

  • Marketing contribution report (Leads, Opportunities, Closed Wins)

  • Analyze GDC SEO health, recommend content enhancements and work with NTT stakeholders on ongoing optimization of page architecture and sitemap issues throughout website transformation project and subsequent page migrations and redirects.

  • Quarterly Recap – Opportunities Created

  • Executive Leadership slide – Monthly

  • Lead Forensics Sales Reports – Monthly and Weekly

  • Form field sourcing and Salesforce campaigns.

  • Internal GDC data integrations – Zapier, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Skilled in networking with key contacts outside own area of expertise

  • Understands and works on complex issues where analysis requires in-depth knowledge and skilled analysis.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with other specialized departments within marketing and internally

  • Applies expert knowledge in highly specialized fields specifically reporting and analytics.

  • Experience in leading a team in remote work environment.

  • Established communication skills with direct reports, departmental teams and internal teams

  • Marketing automation tools – Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot or equivalent

  • CRM tools – SFDC

  • Power BI, Domo, or equivalent analytics tool.

  • ABM/Intent tools – Lead Forensics, Terminus, Demandbase or equivalent

  • Microsoft Office/365

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and/or experience to meet requisite skill level.

  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience in marketing and working on global teams

  • Senior level marketing campaign experience

  • People management/team leadership experience

  • Developed experience Determining methods and procedures for new assignments.

Physical Requirements

  • Remain stationary for long periods of time.

  • Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.

  • Perform work during US business hours and global time zones

Work Conditions & Other Requirements

  • Remote Working environment with 10% Travel

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $ 120,900.00 - $ $155,700.00.

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
