Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Read and interpret manuals to understand industrial equipment and controls. Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment; rewire as necessary. Disassemble machinery and equipment for maintenance or repair. Perform tests and operate machinery to ensure proper functionality. Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications. Install new production equipment. Service and maintain equipment including boilers, motors, conveyor systems, hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical transmission systems, electrical, and industrial production-related equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns. Adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools. TIG or MIG Weld and fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades. Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks. Communicate with cross-functional teams and maintain a clean work area. Prepare and submit maintenance reports.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Sacramento, California.

Work Environment

2nd Shift Available: 12PM/1PM - 8PM/9:30PM. Non-Climate Controlled plant - can be hot or cold. Temperature and heat level monitored.
