ManpowerGroup Housing Program Technician in Sacramento, California
Our client in the housing industry is seeking a Housing Program Technician to join their team. As a Housing Program Technician, you will be part of the Housing Authority's provision of housing assistance programs supporting eligibility, inspections, new leases, annual re-certifications, and program terminations. The ideal candidate will have excellent client service skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience working in a similar position.
Job Title: Housing Program Technician
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Rate: $21.66
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with every other Friday off.
What's the Job?
Manage an assigned caseload of program participants
Perform day-to-day coordination and quality control of eligibility, inspections, new leases, annual re-certifications, and program terminations
Implement caseload management process for Section 8 program participants
Conduct initial and annual interviews with clients
Review and apply pertinent provisions of HUD rules and regulations
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED
At least two (2) years of equivalent experience in a similar position
Excellent client service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
