Sutter Health Facility Process & Control Specialist III in Sacramento, California

Position Overview:

As the system administrator and super user of a real estate lease contract database, this position is responsible for oversight and consistent controls of the managed technology. This position works to troubleshoot and report issues, suggest and monitor resolutions, and communicate outcomes to end users. This position will be the main point of contact for system access, support tickets, product releases, and data integrations with other software applications. In addition to documenting system changes and best practices, this position will perform system maintenance activities for managed technology and conduct regular reviews to ensure data integrity.

Has awareness of work performed by the team and focuses on real estate data, lease administration, and lease financial management. Part of this role is to serve as a liaison to business end users across other service lines and department and manage programs and process related to the area of focus.

This is a hybrid role with both work from home opportunities and onsite requirements. The successful candidate will live in the Sutter footprint.

Job Description :

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent education/experience

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years recent relevant experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Proficient in interpretation and understanding of commercial real estate concepts, lease contracts, and real property records.

  • Proficient in data reporting, connections with other systems through automated integrations and extract, transform, and load functionality.

  • Consultative skills to gather needs and translate requests into potential solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, management techniques and technical knowledge.

  • Ability to team with staff across multiple projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and balance multiple interests and resolve conflicts.

  • The ability to work independently and as a team member and achieve designated goals and objectives are required.

  • Familiarity with computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, OneDrive, CoStar and/or other real estate asset management software.

  • Proficient with real estate industry-recognized tools, processes, and software.

  • Requires an emphasis on service and customer relationship management and vendor management in accordance with leadership standards.

Pay Range is $53.59 to $80.39 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
