Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Sacramento, California

Description We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Sacramento, California. This role is within the IT Consulting industry and will operate under a hybrid work model. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing applications, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with the team. This role provides an opportunity for a contract to hire employment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and voicemails

• Respond to customer emails and chats in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the operations team to update order statuses and track shipments

• Utilize various systems and platforms, including Salesforce, to manage customer cases and pull reports

• Assist in processing returns and replacing devices, and provide basic troubleshooting

• Work closely with customers to understand and resolve any billing issues

• Maintain a commitment to learning and problem-solving, demonstrating initiative in understanding the business and team dynamics

• Handle different customer bases, including end users purchasing equipment and clients of all kinds. Requirements • Possession of a Bachelors / Honours Degree in relevant field

• Demonstrable experience in the IT Consulting industry, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service

• Proven ability in handling Inbound Telephone Calls

• Previous experience with Answering Inbound Calls would be beneficial

• Familiarity with Inbound and Outbound Calls

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools

• Fluency in English language, both written and spoken

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
