What you get to do every day

• Secure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

• Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

• Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants Requirements - Strong communication and social skills

• 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

• Materials Handling experience desired

• Proven knowledge of HealthCare.gov

• Earlier work involving Nursing

• Wide ranging experience with mumps

• Previous experience working with Discharge planning

• Quality experience with Corporate Headquarters

• Expertise in Budget Processes

• Foundational knowledge in Medical Coverage

• General familiarity with Dictation

• Workstation Support experience

• Good understanding of Acute care

• Practical knowledge of Vaccinations

• Well-founded grasp of Vaccines

• Clinical Trial Operations experience highly desired
