Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned operational workflows.

• Lead process assessments, gap analysis, and functional design for CRM enhancements.

• Manage workstream timelines, resources, and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Evaluate and report potential budgetary impacts of process changes.

• Generate and maintain periodic workflow status updates.

• Proactively address and escalate challenges, risks, or decisions as necessary.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on resource needs, strategic objectives, and potential impacts of process changes.

• Contribute to training materials, ensuring alignment with operational goals and securing stakeholder approval.

• Support change management initiatives to promote adoption of new workflows and processes.

• Standardize current processes to align with future CRM solutions.

• Identify and document opportunities for improvement, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

• Oversee data mapping, validation, and testing to ensure successful system integration.

• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to refine and socialize updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored training programs.

• Assist in execution and monitoring of system cut-over, go-live, and post-deployment stabilization.

• Track and measure realized benefits to validate operational improvements.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in customer service, collections, accounts management, or related fields.

• Demonstrated expertise in process refinement and large-scale system implementation.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level custom reports and dashboards using SQL and reporting tools (such as SSRS, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Write complex SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from CRM/ERP and other business systems.

• Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure that reports meet business needs.

• Analyze data trends and provide insights to inform process improvements and decision-making.

• Provide technical expertise in data extraction, transformation, and reporting across various systems.

• Other duties as assigned.
