Primary Function

As an Account Director in Enterprise Creative Solutions, you will lead interactions that delight clients and teammates to reinforce a constructive and positive culture. You have experience working with business stakeholders in various disciplines of an Agency to design and impact operational excellence. You are capable of managing projects through planning, development, implementation, testing, and deployment. You’ll be an influencer on your team, helping to drive efficiency and a streamlined workflow by analyzing current process and ensuring that it meets the needs of users, and ensures timely and accurate work product and delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Account team, resolving issues as they arise, and escalating concerns where needed

  • Provide strategic guidance for the work on various email and direct mail teams; negotiate with facility to influence your clients and senior leaders

  • Utilize your business acumen to influence change in ECS and across the various lines of business

  • Deliver timely reporting and updates to senior management on revenue tracking and profitability, or to meet business needs

  • Work closely with Account and Operations teams to design, implement, and maintain systems with a high level of quality

  • Translate business requirements into usable applications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong prioritization skills

  • A firm understanding of how to work in an interdisciplinary fashion, with design know-how of concepting and the creative mind

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convince and persuade towards a common goal in meetings

  • You challenge direction or the status quo and seek alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective solutions

  • A confident problem-solver with follow-through

  • You’re a pro at managing tough clients with ease and clients go to you first for day-to-day needs and business insights

Education & Experience

  • A B/A in Marketing, Business, Communications, Leadership, Advertising, Management, or Business/Administration

  • 5-10 years of experience managing client relationships in an advertising/marketing agency or in the financial services industry

  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and directing marketing projects, including the ability to establish and manage budgets
