The SAP NL Experience Center team excels in hosting tailored visits for customers and prospects, providing a unique environment that brings SAP solutions and innovations to life. Through interactive tools, methodologies, and prototyping, the Experience Center aims to inspire clients to map out their digital business transformation journey.

Position:Project Management Office (PMO) & Event Mnagement Specialist at SAP Experience Center Team

As a member of theExperience Center Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and memorable experience during their visit to our Experience Center. You will support the creation immersive experiencesin the IX room, stories in the inspiration and exploration space and you will guide our customers during their visits, workshops, and demonstrations.Your goal is to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, enabling our customers to fully immerse themselves in ourExperience Center.Next to that you will be supporting in the creation of Audiovisual content to share during visits, but also in an online and digital world of customer engagement.

Working Conditions:

This position is based in the Experience Center and requires physicalpresence at the office.

What we expect from you

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills inDutch andEnglish

  • You have strong project and event management skills

  • You can work and think at HBO or WO level

  • You are a customer-focused and innovativeand creativethinker who:

  • Challenges and improves processes

  • You can add creativity to the team with focus on the end-to-end experience journey, including experience design, immersive and 3d environments, audio-visual design.

Key activities:

  • Organizing and facilitating events in the Experience Center for customer visits and for large events.

  • Acting as point of contact forvisitors in navigating through different spaces and adjusting themes as needed.

  • Provide guidance on tours products showcased in Inspiration Space booths and assist with navigating the Content Management System.

  • Support the setup in different Experience Center spaces toensurea professional visitexperience.

  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all spaces, promptly reporting or addressing any technical issues.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English

This position is paid, full-time role.
