*Commercial Electrician*

Up to $32.50/Hr with potential to of more if you can pass hands on test

Job Description

We are actively seeking candidates with 4+ years experience in the industry, bending conduit, wiring 3-way switches, assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring. All levels will be performing installs of basic electrical equipment and systems in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.

Hard Skills

• Running rigid (1.5 inch) pipe down to gear box

• Wiring 3 way switches

• Assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, conduit, cable, equipment, components and devices associated with electrical equipment, following blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans.

• Installing and mounting electronic controls, device, panels, sensors, and components.

• Testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices.

•Experience work with Electrical Distribution systems and wiring up 480V. Ability to install conduit, wireways, pull wiring/cables and terminating cables. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and control wiring diagrams.

Required Tool List- Must have for 1st day!

Screwdriver Set (Phillips and Flathead)

Channel Locks (2 pair)

Side Cutter Pliers/Diagonal Pliers

Socket set and wrenches (3/8” is preferred)

Hot Stick/ Voltage Detector

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position.

Work Environment

-Our work environment is based in an indoor manufacturing setting; fully onsite

-Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: steel-toed boots, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, and a hard hat (all PPE provided except steel toe boots)

-Candidates must also have their own tools, including benders.
