Job Title: Electrical Assembler/Electrical Apprentice*

Job Description

We are seeking 15 dedicated and hands-on Electrical Assemblers/Electrical Apprentices. No prior experience in the electrical field is necessary, but candidates must be eager to learn and work hands-on in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems.

• Install electrical wiring and conduit.

• Pull wire and connect electrical systems according to blueprints.

• Work hands-on with electrical tools and equipment.

Essential Skills

• Willingness to learn and work hands-on in the electrical trade.

• Good dexterity and mechanical aptitude.

• Solid attendance and work ethic.

• Ability to speak English at 50% proficiency or better.

Work Environment

The work environment is a pre-fabrication setting without air conditioning but with heating. The schedule includes five days a week with a total of 48 hours minimum: Monday to Thursday from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. Required personal protective equipment includes steel-toed boots, a hard hat, a safety vest, and safety glasses. We provide all PPE except for steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
