Southern Energy Homes Sales Coordinator in Russellville, Alabama

The Sales Coordinator serves as a resource to the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Sales Manager, assisting in the completion of all responsibilities for his/her respective CSMs.Sales Coordinators continuously help solve dealer issues, clarify/complete sales orders and organize commitments and deadlines. This is an administrative position for developing high-quality relationships with respective retailers.Roles and Responsibilities:Retailer Relationships Responsible for helping with respective accounts of CSMs, working with CSMs on sales, inventory, inventory turns, shipment accounts receivable and parts.Planning (in house) - Responsible for writing/completing orders that match customer requirements that are clear and precise for production personnel, is available to answer retailer questions, aids in working with retailers to maximize sales tools and develops credibility/respect of zone accounts.Control (in house) - Confirms sales order matches customer request, monitors shipments, checks pricing, documents/issues sales change orders and tracks deadlines required.Improvement (In house) Drives World Class customer satisfaction as a member of the Sales Team.Sales Productivity Aids in the facility with all sales responsibilities (mainly clerical) to maximize clarity, efficiency, and productivity within the constraints of the approved product offering while meeting established dealer and territory sales goal. This will include meeting promised customer deadlines, flooring requirements, run releases, product change requests/orders, manufacturing floor information in accuracy and completeness, shipping schedules, and accounts receivable.Integrity, Citizenship, and Ethics Strives to maintain the reputation of Employer of Choice within the community, uses highest level of personal integrity and business ethics, faithfully executes all applicable regulations of local, state and federal authorities.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly (both written and verbally) with company personnel, distributors, retailers, customers, and state/local authorities as well as other third-party personnelAbility to read and understand specifications and graphicsHigh level of computer literacyHigh school diploma requiredPreferred Qualifications:2 years experience, or more, in an administrative positionExperience working with sales, computer order entry, and manufacturing housing
