What You’ll Do

• Stay familiar with Flexera One’s IT Assets functionality

• Installation, configuration, maintenance and solving Inventory Beacon connectivity

• Solve and resolve issues in our development and production environments

• Design, build, and maintain repos of efficient, reusable, reliable and secure code

• Development of business adapters in Flexera One to load business data into the platform

• Lead workshops to integrate Flexera supported SaaS into Flexera One

• Research vendors and products to detail automation opportunities for importing data into Flexera One

• Use automation wherever possible, in relation to deployments, infrastructure, or internal tooling that supports our team

• Participate in brainstorming meetings and daily scrums, meet with customers to understand business requirements and articulate solutions

• Writing test automation code and participating in code reviews and find opportunities for innovation

Who You’ll Work With

The SAM Data and Platforms team integrates platforms and automates data collection into the Flexera One SaaS platform to develop Effective License Positions to help Cisco manage their software consumption, utilization and spend.

Who You Are

• Ability to quickly comprehend the capabilities of new technology/trends, and adapt to business needs

• Build, maintain documentation, knowledge articles and other artifacts for the latest changes in processes

• Consistent track record to assess customer/client needs, creatively approach solutions, and influence appropriate courses of action

• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence

• Capable of working independently to achieve goals with light leadership oversight

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field.

• Integration testing and API testing experience with Postman or similar tools

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server

• 3 or more years of systems integration experience

• Expertise in Python, ideally 5+ years

Preferred Requirements

• Familiarity with JavaScript and ServiceNow, solid grasp of design patterns, coding standard methodologies and be able to write unit-testable code

• Experience with one or more of the following cloud environments/technologies: Azure, AWS, GCP

• Knowledge of containerization technologies and experience with continuous integration and deployment tools such Atlassian and GitHub

• Consistent record of building robust SQL queries and experience working in an agile delivery model

• Recent work experience with Flexera One or FlexNet Manager Suite On-Prem

• Flexera One certification is desired
