Cisco CX Renewals Business Operations Analyst in RTP, North Carolina

Who you are

The CX Renewal - Business Operations Manager plays a crucial role supporting global central operations and reports to the Global CX Renewal Business Operations Leader. You will work alongside Renewals Ops, finance, IT, Customer Success, Compensation, and other stakeholders to achieve business outcomes such as Incentives and performance reporting as well as support New Year readiness. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, creative go-getter able to take any assignment to the next level on your own initiative. You ccan address complex business requirements by detailed reporting, data storytelling and recommending process improvements,

You will build efficient relationships with key partners across all functions of the business to deliver optimal performance against Cisco’s recurring revenue targets. Renewal Operations is about enabling Cisco’s Renewals field to maximize the life-time value of our existing customer base so a connection with Cisco’s broader mission of delighting customers will also be helpful.

What you’ll do

  • Evaluating renewal processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, defining and implementing solutions

  • Equipping Renewals leadership and stakeholders with dashboards/reports of renewal performance (Attainment, Awards, SPIFFs, Surveys)

  • Support New Year Readiness planning and setup for renewals organization

  • Achieving consensus through thoughtful and poignant data storytelling

  • Collaborating to address a wide array of renewal technical and process blockers in a timely manner

  • Efficient communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management


  • Minimum: Bachelor’s in MIS, business/finance or related field

  • 3-5 years in an analyst role with a proven track record of supporting business decision making with data analysis.

  • 3+ years experience with Tableau as a developer of data visualizations (preferably for dashboards), utilizing multiple coordinated data sources.

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills a must

  • Exposure to SFDC, Cisco Ready, CSDF, FInBI, etc. preferred

  • Attention to detail /professionalism in all deliverables

  • Analytical mentality and history of data-driven decision making

  • A clear communication style in both written and verbal English
