The Director of Test Engineering will lead a team of highly skilled and talented Test Engineers, with responsibilities in managing and overseeing execution of new product development for the current business product lines within ASG division at onsemi. The Director will lead and implement the overall leadership structure, carry out the strategic plan and meet the goals for Project Execution, Process Improvement, Product Quality, and Product Costs, inline with overall organizational goals. This leadership role also requires intimate knowledge of digital, analog, RF test methods and test techniques, familiarity with DfT methods, and extensive experience having worked on ATE platforms.
