Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Sr Manager Mission Assurance ICBM . This position is located in Roy, UT and will support the GSSC program.

What You'll Get To Do:

The selected candidate's work scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Leverage Quality and Mission Assurance principles and industry best practices to drive development and execution of Mission Assurance activities across functions within the he

  • GSSC (Ground Sustainment Support Contract) / ICBM Minute Man-III, including horizontal and vertical integration across various functions, including Advanced Programs.

  • Provide leadership and oversight to program-facing and the SDS Division Preventative & Corrective Action Boards (PCAB).

  • Support the GSSC (Ground Sustainment Support Contract) / ICBM Minute Man-III Program focused Mission Assurance team with the goal of ensuring continued of performance measures.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 + years, experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or process development and improvement in other industries.

  • Three (3) + years of leadership experience.

  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Control practices and root cause analysis methodologies and tools.

  • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Master's Degree with (12) + years of experience Mission Assurance, Quality, Supplier Quality-related fields.

  • Five (5) or more years of leadership experience.

  • Strong people leadership and development experience.

  • Experience presenting to Executive or Senior Executive-level within an organization.

  • Demonstrated success leading horizontally integrated teams to achieve a common goal.

Salary Range: $141,900 - $212,900

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
