Job Summary: Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference every day? If so, we want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our call center in Roy, Utah. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints with a positive attitude. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure. Proficiency with computers and CRM software. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
