Global Pricing Transformation (GPT) organization is a centralized team guiding Dell’s future state pricing architecture, enacting process automation to deploy standardized tools to create technologies that drive human progress.

Our key customers are marketing, pricing, finance, sales and Sales operation teams as well as external customers and channel partners. As part of Dell Technologies transformation, GPT is streamlining pricing processes to align our legacy business models to a common future ready framework.

The Global Pricing Transformation team is seeking experienced and highly motivated Program Manager for leading a project to create new List Price Authoring system for Dell to streamline process across product segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting strategy and direction for business and IT launches in conjunction with broader GPT organization

  • Preparing roll out, training and communication plans for new features and capabilities.

  • Support end-to-end project development and drive adoption of the tool globally.

  • Define and manage Tool road map, budget and resource plan spanning 1 to 3 years

  • Report to the leadership on project milestones, progress and create executive overviews and status reports

  • Lead and host business and I/T workshops and drive agenda with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Drive alignment with senior level functional and technical leaders

  • Identify and effectively communicate project/program benefits for business and I/T

  • Work individually as well as engage others and lead project teams to deliver desired outcomes in a timely manner

  • Participating in IT Launches including business testing, user acceptance testing

Essential Requirement

  • Prior Experience with sales and pricing processes and/or tools implementation and support

  • Ability to listen, prioritize and resolve issues to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills sufficient to assess current state issues, prioritize, and align on global resolutions and standardization

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently on complex tasks and to work effectively within a geographically dispersed team

  • In-depth experience working with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Flexible to travel International/Domestic

Desired requirements

  • Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, business acumen, and project management/leader experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering or higher and 6-9 years marketing, sales, program management, or finance experience

  • PMI or other related professional certification
