We are offering an opportunity for a Validation Engineer to join our team. This role is based in Round Lake, IL, and falls within the manufacturing industry. As a Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for improving quality performance and compliance throughout our operations, leading the development and execution of engineering studies, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Drive overall quality performance improvement and compliance throughout the organization.

• Develop and execute engineering studies, quality plans, and validation packages.

• Review manufacturing purchasing and test documentation to ensure requirements are met.

• Establish quality assurance measures at all key stages of manufacturing.

• Act as a technical team leader, training and developing less experienced staff.

• Support operations with quality issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

• Lead the development and execution of IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for product processes and equipment within the facility.

• Trend and report on the Manufacturing NCRs, including process effectiveness and corrective and preventative actions, making recommendations for improvements.

• Participate actively in the new products development team.

• Conduct or lead corrective and preventive actions in manufacturing using formal problem-solving tools and documentation.

Requirements • Must possess strong skills in Customer Service and Communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is necessary

• Experience in Documentation, Training, and Operations is required

• Knowledge of Procedures and Compliance is essential

• Should have an understanding of Planning Processes

• Quality, Review, Database, and Scheduling skills are important

• Experience with Workstation Support and External Audit is desirable

• Must have a background in Auditing, Production, and Engineering

• Familiarity with Metric Reporting, Methods, and Process Improvement is crucial

• Experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Specification is beneficial

• Must be able to legally work in the United States

• Should have a degree in a related engineering field or equivalent work experience

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary

• Ability to work well in a team environment is essential

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required

• Must be able to work independently and take initiative
