What are you going to do with us?

You are the point of contact for Housekeeping with the Front Office, Technical Service and the guest! With your communication skills and teamwork, you, your Team and these departments ensure a perfect stay for our guests! You check whether rooms are ready for the guest according to Hilton standards. But, you are also ready to help your colleagues and roll up your sleeves yourself!

We will train you so that you, together with the Room Attendants, ensure perfectly clean rooms. We offer you the tools to lead effectively and teach you all the tricks of the Housekeeping job!

Who are you?

Our hotel and Housekeeping Team is very diverse and international! So it is important that you feel comfortable speaking English. Your friends describe you as a proactive person who can make quick decisions! You are a team player and you excel in multitasking. In addition, you thrive in a dynamic international working environment. Furthermore, you are:

• Preferably a Hotel School, Facility Management or Travel & Leisure student (MBO/HBO)
• Looking for a full-time internship of at least 5 months
• Flexible and available to work on weekends and public holidays. The shifts are between 07:00 and 19:00, including weekends. It is therefore important that you are not dependent on public transport, so that you can get here on time.
• Curious, eager to learn and ready to kickstart your Hilton career!

What can you expect?

A varied internship with responsibility! As a Trainee, we treat you like any other Team Member, so we will train you so that you can ultimately work as a well-trained Housekeeping Supervisor. You will be guided by a buddy with a training plan. Ultimately you will learn everything about:

• Effective leadership

• Housekeeping administration
