Onvation is a connected software solution for smart restroom servicing, providing real-time notifications for restroom conditions. The digital management tools and analytics help transform labor productivity, improve cost savings and elevate the restroom user experience. This role will be responsible for setting Onvation Platform priorities for R&D, driving dashboard/app improvements prioritization, developing business cases, and driving the strategic vision for the Onvation platform.In this role, you will:Evolve and execute a global product strategy for the Onvation product that aligns with the company\'s vision and goals.Collaborate with Regional Business Teams, Digital Technology Solutions team, and R&E to ensure regional needs are reflected in the global product roadmap. This product roadmap is inclusive of hardware, internal data communication, customer data visualization, & industry data partnership sharing.Monitor and ensure optimal performance of the Onvation Platform globally and spearhead challenge resolution aligning R&E, Digital Technology Solutions, and regional product management teams.Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape across global regions to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products.Develop product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IoT features and functionality that meet the needs of customers across global regions.Conduct market research, usability studies, and user feedback sessions across global regions to inform product decisions and prioritize features.Lead go-to-market strategy and launch plans for new products and features across global regions, including pricing, messaging, and positioning.Monitor product performance and customer feedback across global regions, and use data to inform product decisions and make recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the Onvation platform remains competitiveThe successful candidate will join our Kimberly-Clark Professional team and report to our Global Washroom Category Director.About UsAt Kimberly-Clark, youll be part of the best teams committed to driving innovation and growth.
