Work you'll do

Provides model-based systems engineering support to digital transformation strategy, policy and training for DoD acquisition programs. Leverages a consultative approach to devising model frameworks, reference system architectures, and system interdependencies. Is able to leverage applied skills in Systems Engineering and other engineering disciplines to develop best practices and capture lessons learned to accelerate Army engagements and support the adoption of Digital Engineering.

The Application Modernization and Innovation offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. This can include the delivery of large-scale software applications & integrated systems, the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) & other integrations solutions, and the delivery of technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required

• At least two (2) years of system engineering experience supporting a government client pr relevant experience

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Active Secret s ecurity learance required

• Travel up to 30%

Preferred:

• Familiarity with the DoD Architect Framework (DoDAF) and equivalent frameworks in the Defense and/Federal Civilian space.

• Demonstrated experience and expertise working within Systems Modeling Language (SysML), Unified Modeling Language (UML) or the equivalent system engineering language.

• Experience in one or more MBSE oriented platforms (e.g., NoMagic CAMEO System Modeler, Innoslate, IBM's Rational Rhapsody or equivalent)

estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California,

Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into

account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including

but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other

business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or

near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts

and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97, 875 to $163,125.
