Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Shipping Associate to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.
SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Wednesday 7:00am-5:00pm. STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.50-$18.50 with the potential increase after 90 days. PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided. Job functions include:
- Unloading materials and nest run eggs to be placed in designated areas.
- Loading products on truck to be shipped to customer.
- Being responsible for scanning all incoming materials, packaging and nest run eggs into the CAT² System.

- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have computer skills
- Must be willing to obtain lift truck training
