Job Details The Security department Assures a safe and secure environment so that the highest level of quality of care can be provided to our patients and staff members. Responsibilities of the Security Officer include: Protects patients, visitors, staff and the hospital's property from criminal acts. Responds the all emergency calls within the facility Ensures all visitors have appropriate ID Assist visitors by guiding them through the facility Requirements for the Security Officer role include: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Valid NYS Drivers License Valid Security officer license Two years full-time experience in security department or public law enforcement preferred Salary Range USD $29.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
