Job Title: Powder Coater

Job Description

We are looking for powder coaters to work on our paint line. The role involves applying powder coating to components on manually operated lines as well as batch booth applications. You will set up equipment for proper application of coating, clean, mask, plug, and fixture components prior to powder coat application. Additionally, you will guide coworkers to prep parts properly, maintain equipment, and keep the work area in order. Responsibilities also include operating batch ovens according to work order specifications, inspecting parts after coating is complete, and unmasking, unplugging, and packaging components as needed. Completing all necessary paperwork is also part of the job.

This is a fully on-site position in Roseville, Minnesota.

Work Environment

Large sheet metal manufacturing company that produces a variety of sheet metal products. The environment can get hot and may be somewhat physical due to the size of the parts. This position is for the 2nd shift, from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
