Your expertise in CRM/SFDC systems, proficiency in analytical tools, and strong business acumen will contribute to the success of our marketing strategies. The marketing analyst will be responsible for the measurement of all marketing initiatives for effectiveness and efficiency. The associate will be key player in improving data transparency, communications, and cross-functional alignment to drive donor program growth. Responsibilities: Marketing Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems including CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data. Monitor lead generation, tracking, and distribution processes, optimizing lead flow efficiency. Monitor Donor Engagement, donations and assess effectiveness of activities to improve them Support the development and implementation of marketing automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention. Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management. Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Proactively explores marketing, operational and donation data to find trends, discover actionable insights and define KPI, contributing to data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics for stakeholders Performance Measurement: Assist in definitions KPIs and performance benchmarks for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement for both current and new donors. Collaborate with the marketing team and outside agency to conduct A/B tests and experiments, optimizing campaign performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce Health and Marketing Cloud Demonstrable experience with marketing automation systems Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) Familiarity with anal tical tools such as Google Analytics Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
