Location: Roseville, MN

Pay Rate: $22-28/hour, depending on years of relevant experience

Employment Type: full time hours, contract assignment, projected length 3-6 months with potential to extend

About the Role:

We are seeking an Engagement Associate to support outreach and recruitment efforts for a microbiome research program. This individual will help drive donor enrollment by executing marketing campaigns, managing leads, and engaging with potential donors via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly donor enrollment targets through strategic recruitment.

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential donors, answering inquiries and scheduling appointments.

• Educate donors on the program and address any misconceptions.

• Utilize CRM tools to track leads and report on recruitment progress.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement outreach strategies.

• Assist in developing monthly reports on key metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

• College degree or relevant experience in life sciences, sales, marketing, or customer relations.

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing, preferably in a science-related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
