Overview
Audacy Sacramento is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as a vital link between our sales and marketing departments, facilitating and aiding in the creation, conception, and execution of impactful revenue generating campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and possess exceptional follow-through skills. They will collaborate closely with salespeople, brand managers, and the promotions team to develop revenue-generating opportunities and ensure successful campaign execution.
Responsibilities
Promotion Development:
Partner with sales representatives to conceptualize and develop innovative promotions and campaigns tailored to meet client needs.
Collaborate with brand managers and the promotions team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and maximize revenue potential.
Execution & Coordination:
Oversee the execution of promotional activities from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary resources, materials, and support for promotion implementation.
Recap & Analysis:
Prepare detailed recaps of completed promotions, including performance metrics, client feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.
Analyze promotion effectiveness and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Communication & Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during the promotion process, providing timely solutions and updates.
Creative Input:
Contribute creative ideas and strategies to enhance promotional efforts and differentiate Audacy Sacramento in the marketplace.
Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to bring fresh perspectives to promotional initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized records of promotional activities, client interactions, and related documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or relevant work experience.
2+ years of experience in a sales support, marketing, or promotional role, preferably in media or broadcasting.
Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively between teams.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign development.
Experience in building sales decks in the Google Suite of products.

Additional Information
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated starting salary range for Sacramento-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $55,000.00/Yr.-$60,000.00/Yr.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
