Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Roseville, California

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the professional services industry, located in Roseville, California. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, as well as handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reception area by welcoming and directing clients, vendors, and visitors

• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the lobby and conference rooms

• Manage office supplies and refreshments, ensuring they are well-stocked and replenished as needed

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, along with scanning incoming E-Files

• Schedule client meetings as required, and manage conference room reservations

• Assist in the set-up for Friday lunches during busy seasons

• Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and scanning

• Conduct occasional travel for office errands such as deliveries to the post office, FedEx, or clients

• Support the administrative team as a backup when needed

• Undertake various ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance.

• Proficient in Answering Multi-Line Phone System.

• Experience in providing Concierge Services.

• Strong Customer Service skills.

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks with accuracy.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in Organizing Files.

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

• Must have legal right to work in the United States.

• Ability to handle confidential information.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
