Internship Summary
As an Operations Intern at Feldco, you’ll dive into critical tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. From managing product orders and interacting with customers, to supporting project inspections and collaborating with other departments, your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You'll gain insight into a fast-paced environment, sharpen your communication and organizational skills, and learn how to make data-driven decisions—all while being mentored by our Operations Director. Internship Responsibilities
Confirm product orders before purchase to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
Prepare and manage project-specific paperwork for daily subcontractor inspections
Handle direct customer interactions and incoming calls, resolving any issues with professionalism
Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and support operational goals
Maintain and improve department filing systems for greater efficiency
Implement the company’s record retention policy and assist in enhancing departmental processes
Support the Fulfillment team and participate in cross-departmental projects
Internship Qualifications:
Recent graduate or current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments
