Job Overview:

The Finance Intern will support leadership of the Finance Department functions at Feldco. This role will combine a series of routine weekly & monthly tasks, special projects, and project management activities. As such, your job responsibilities and hours may occasionally be altered to help others complete their duties. The workload is projected to average 20-25 hours per week.

  • The intern, like all Feldco employees, is accountable to the customer and making the customer delighted as well as to the metrics that measure his/her department. The intern should always make the best decision for the customer, company, employee, and department.

  • The intern’s role at Feldco is a hands-on role that may require direct customer and phone work as well as clerical & administrative work.

  • The intern shall participate in weekly and daily meetings as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Finance Intern:

  • Assist with Financing Department operations tasks including originations, funding, and customer support.

  • Work with different internal teams to resolve possible issues with financed contracts in pipeline.

  • Customer Delight both internally and externally

  • Look for and execute opportunities to improve the business.

  • Perform daily and monthly funding reconciliations and report activity to manager.

  • Perform monthly analysis

  • Develop camaraderie, rapport, and relationships with my Feldco team and organization.

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree, or currently enrolled in a college/university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, or related field
