About the Opportunity:

The Associate B2B Regional Marketing Manager at Life Fitness will be responsible for partnering with members of Sales leadership as a market expert to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively drive desired growth in the region. They will be the voice of the customer within the marketing department for assigned customer segments and territories and will use their in-depth market knowledge to derive actionable customer insights and corresponding result-driven marketing activities.

What an Associate B2B Regional Marketing Manager at Life Fitness is responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the US regional marketing plan to support customer segments, sales models, and growth targets.

{=html} <!-- --> - Managing regional programs, including advertising, tradeshows, events, and press relations to optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and brand engagement.

{=html} <!-- --> - Managing the US marketing plan, execution and tracking for various verticals inclusive of military, education, country clubs, etc.

{=html} <!-- --> - Presenting regional marketing plans and results at ASBU and Global meetings.

{=html} <!-- --> - Collaborating with the Research Manager to derive insights from customer data and developing region-specific solutions.

{=html} <!-- --> - Planning and executing creative, data-driven regional campaigns to generate leads via SEM, display ads, retargeting, and content marketing.

{=html} <!-- --> - Localizing global campaigns to generate leads, nurturing customers, and enhancing brand connection.

{=html} <!-- --> - Supporting events and factory tours, partnering with regional leaders topromote partnerships andidentify potential customers.

{=html} <!-- --> - Analyzing campaign effectiveness and ROI to refine strategies.

{=html} <!-- --> - Partnering with global and digital marketing teams to develop demand generation programs using both inbound and outbound tactics.

{=html} <!-- --> - Collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing plans and maintaining market knowledge through customer visits.

{=html} <!-- --> - Supporting trade show activities, including on-site presence and consistent messaging.

{=html} <!-- --> - Gathering customer, competitor, and industry insights through events and site visits.

{=html} <!-- --> - Developing new sales and marketing tools with the global marketing team, including digital tools, white papers, videos, and case studies.

{=html} <!-- --> - Assisting in creating and updating web pages for targeted customer segments.

{=html} <!-- --> - Handling departmental tasks like invoice processing, expense tracking, and vendor management.

{=html} <!-- --> - Work with global digital team to create new pages and update existing pages directed at assigned customer segments, as applicable

{=html} <!-- --> - Assist in departmental maintenance (e.g. invoice processing, expense tracking, A/R submission, follow up / monthly budget reconciliation, management of external vendors and suppliers, upkeep of various segment specific marketing tools).

What Life Fitness is looking for in

an Associate B2B Regional Marketing Manager (required qualifications):

  • BA/BS in Marketing, other related field, or combination of equivalent experience

{=html} <!-- --> - 5+ years\' experience developing, actioning, and measuring the results of integrated marketing plans for large customer segments

{=html} <!-- --> - Prior experience or strong understanding of the nuance of B2B marketing

{=html} <!-- --> - Prior experience working with government entities preferred

{=html} <!-- --> - Passion for or connection to the Fitness industry / our products

{=html} <!-- --> - Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation skills, and ability to work in a multi-time zone environment

{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including occasional, possible international travel

{=html} <!-- --> - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with global brands and teams (multi-time zone)
