Now, we’re cooking up a smorgasbord of new products to fuel our growth plans. We’re looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our Operations department. The Operations team is responsible for the safe, efficient, and error-free fulfillment of all orders. A taste of the Warehouse Associate Role:Fold and quality check subscription boxes. Identify any issues with the box and properly follow QA dispositions.Pack items into subscription boxes by following instructions from the Line Lead while maintaining an appropriate pace on the line.Replenish the assembly lines promptly when needed to maintain uninterrupted production.Label subscription boxes, stack pallets, and transition boxes from pallet to pallet.Review and sign all QA slips before labels are applied to boxes.Adhere to warehouse operating procedures such as: the color-coded carrier system, usage of pallet travelers, and overall flow of goods and information sharing throughout the warehouse. Assist with inventory management via the organization of products during line changeovers.Assemble candy bags, ensuring bags are properly sealed and contain the correct amount of units.Offload pallets and floor-loaded containers when needed.Support other areas of the warehouse, such as the Yum Shop, as needed.
