Job Title: Welder

Job Description

Join our dynamic team to design, engineer, build, and support mobile transport equipment solutions for specialized markets globally. As a welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating products, mostly using Mig/Solid wire and Metal core, primarily welding steel and stainless steel with minimal aluminum. You will work on cutting out defective sections of products for repair, assembling sub-components, and operating various manual or semi-automatic equipment. You will also interpret layouts and measurements from drawings, attend required training and meetings, and handle other duties as necessary.

Work Environment

The work environment features a large facility where each welder has their own station. Our Rosedale location focuses on 'New Product Development' with projects ranging from trailer repairs in the Trailer Craft Division to working on new concrete pumps and innovative lines such as Hydrogen Power Generation and Bio-Waste Equipment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rosedale, British Columbia.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday: Day shift

• Monday to Thursday: Afternoon shift

• Wages: UP to $36/hour
