QUALIFICATIONS: *Master\'s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health. *Current state RN license and certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. *Strong understanding of DSM-5 and psychiatric evaluation processes. *Demonstrated experience in providing mental health assessment and treatment. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Knowledge and experience to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. *Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards. Position Duties: *Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess mental health needs. *Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. *Administer psychotropic medications and monitor their effects on patients. *Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals and groups. *Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. *Educate patients and families about mental health issues and treatment options. *Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
