Plan, coordinate and oversee in-house campus moves and remodeling. 25% 3) Develop programs for the improvement of energy conservation. Assist in establishing and monitoring service contracts with outside vendors. 10% 4) Oversee semi-annual and annual inspections of fire safety equipment. 10% 5) Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision of Physical Plant Services. 10% 6) Manage custodial contract and supervise custodial personnel. 10% 7) Act for Director of Campus Operations, in the Director's absence or as required. 5% 8) Perform other duties as assigned. 5% Qualifications Education/Degrees: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline or the equivalent in education and experience. Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in supervisory role; 6 or more years' experience in maintenance field; knowledge in HVAC, electrical repair, plumbing and boiler operation. Key Skills, Personal Characteristics, and Key Competencies Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of management, labor relations and safety practices. Skill in maintenance and all necessary crafts utilized at NEOMED including electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Ability to operate a computer; proficient in Microsoft Office software. Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
