UINTAH BASIN MEDICAL CENTER Central Supply Tech in ROOSEVELT, Utah
- Provides indirect patient care under the direction of an RN, LPN/LVN, or CRNA.
- Assist in Central Supply, processing (cleaning, counting, sterilizing) instruments
- Assist in cleaning and preparing surgical rooms between surgeries.
- Assist in Endoscopy room (Colonoscopy & EGD), cleaning/disinfecting scopes
- Prepare carts for upcoming cases.
- Assisting in scheduling patients, arranging surgery schedule
- Communicating with surgeons and nurses on the needs of patients
- Maintain legal books for implants and surgical cases
Complete tasks assigned by nurses around the department.
Job Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Current Utah CNA certification or Central Service Technician certificate.
- Current BLS certificate.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Able to work well with others.
