Ultraform Industries Die Setter - Day Shift in Romeo, Michigan
Minimum of two years prior experience
Hourly pay rate negotiated based on experience.
Full-Time Day Shift Schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:45 am- 4:15 pm
Overtime schedule as needed on Friday and Saturday
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up progressive, transfer and line dies in 50 to 660 ton presses
- Knowledge of Servo presses is a plus
- Perform steel coil changes
- Set up conveyors for scrap removal
- Experience with overhead crane is a plus
- Responsible for press startup, monitoring production operations, and troubleshooting with Tool Room personnel assistance as needed.
- First Piece/Last Piece audits to verify specifications
- Responsible for production and down time tracking during your shift
- Keep work area clean
- Follow company safety guidelines complying with OSHA standards.
