Stryker Intern, Human Resources in Rome, Italy

We are looking for an intern who can have a development experience in within the HR Team.
The resource will have the chance to experiment directly a 360° experience on the following topics:
people management processes
HR Administration
talent acquisition
employee development
health&safety
employee relations
employee engagement
The main tasks that will be assigned are:
Support the HR organization in daily administration tasks
Support the implementation of the main engagement activities
Support the HR team on Health&Safety management
Support the HR team on talent management (training& development)
Analysis and reporting on the main HR metrics
The candidate will have the chance to interact with the business leaders and understand the dynamics associated to a med-device multinational company.
Minimal Requirements:
Degree in Economics or Law
Fluent in Italian, English, both written and oral;
Good knowledge of Office Package with a specific focus on Excel and PPT;
Good communication skills;
Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and team work attitude;
Attention to details and strong analytical skills;
Curiosity
Passion for medical device industry.
