Who we are looking for:

We are recruiting, on behalf of a leading company in financial services related to the purchase of vehicles, a resource who will be responsible for customer care services in support of the sales network of a leading automotive manufacturer, our client.

The team member we are recruiting will be responsible for managing customers in order to:

-process service requests, ensure problem resolution, and contribute to the improvement of the customer satisfaction index;

-handle inquiries from the sales network regarding credit analysis and evaluation and processing of financing files.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide front line support for customers, managing requests and providing helpful information about existing loan agreement, to ensure that customers are satisfied;

  • Manage complaints to proactively advise and consult, ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction;

  • Collect and analyze customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the offered service;

  • Manage relations with all internal structures for the resolution of complex problems;

  • Manage document verification service;

  • Verify the compliance and documentation of financing contract requests;

  • Contact the sales network when documents integration is needed;

  • Manage all the sales network’s requests on document clarification and integration;

  • Manage contract’s settlement;

  • Manage contract’s review and verification (updating of personal data and contracts).

    Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Economics;

  • Strong relational and organizational attitudes for an effective relationship with customers;

  • Teamwork;

  • Accuracy and compliance;

  • Initiative and independence;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Interpersonal skills;

  • High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;

  • Language’s skills: Italian, English.

    Working pattern:

  • Rome;

  • 40h weekly;

  • mon/fri.
